These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of site and any related products, features, content, and services offered by shop, doing business as Dr.Melaxin (“Dr.Melaxin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Site with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary.

2. Online Store Provider

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services. Your use of Shopify-supported functionality may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Packaging, labels, color, texture, size, formulation presentation, and product images may vary due to manufacturing updates, display settings, lighting, regional requirements, or product improvements.

Product availability and quantities are not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or refuse an order where reasonably necessary.

4. Skincare and Medical Disclaimer

Information on the Site is provided for general educational and cosmetic purposes and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Individual results vary based on skin type, routine, frequency of use, environment, and other factors. Testimonials, before-and-after images, laboratory findings, or expected timelines do not guarantee that every customer will obtain the same result.

Review product ingredients and directions before use. Patch test when appropriate. Stop use if significant irritation occurs and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, allergies, are pregnant or nursing, use prescription skincare, or have concerns about product compatibility.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is the price charged, subject to correction of obvious errors. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and fees are shown where applicable.

Currency conversion may be provided for convenience. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. We may cancel or limit an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, incorrect pricing, resale activity, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

7. Payment

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the total shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer, currency, location, or transaction.

8. Promotions, Discounts, Free Gifts, and Bundles

Promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the offer, availability, qualifying products, qualifying order value, dates, and any customer or order limits.

• Discounts and offers may not be combined unless expressly stated;
• Free gifts are available while supplies last and may be substituted with an item of comparable value where permitted;
• A qualifying order may need to maintain the required subtotal after discounts, cancellations, or returns;
• If a return causes the order to fall below a gift or discount threshold, the gift must be returned or its value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law; and
• We may cancel or correct promotions affected by technical errors, abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized use.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, demand, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, damaged items, and promotional gifts are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available at /policies/refund-policy.

If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display the submitted content for operating, improving, and marketing our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, unrelated, or otherwise inappropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand501 Corporation and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the Site, products, or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brand501 Corporation and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.

19. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
